How do I check rates and availability?
The rates on the site are indicative — the final price depends on season and length of stay, and we confirm it live. Rates are quoted in Indonesian rupiah and every payment is settled in IDR; other currencies on the site are a guide only. Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Yes — every apartment has its own kitchen, so you can keep a stay as self-catered as you like. Daily housekeeping is included either way.
Can I book the rooftop for a private event?
Yes. The pool area and the pool bar can be reserved separately or together as a full buyout for parties and private functions; lounge and daybed seating carries a minimum spend. Message the team with your date and guest count for a quote.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard hotel times apply, with early check-in or late check-out arranged directly with the team whenever the schedule allows — just ask when you enquire.
